Online Courses for Enhancement of Skill & Knowledge in India

National Programme for Technology Enhanced Learning (NPTEL) is a joint initiative from IITs and IISc funded by Ministry of Human Resources, Govt. of India, to offer online courses and certification in various topics and field for the enhancement of knowledge base.

 

NPTEL provides many advantages in many aspects to meet the requirement of modern day learning. It provides specific courses for knowledge gaining on particular domain and helps to stay up to date with technology improvements and industry demand.

NPTEL provides lots of courses in many domains. NPTEL is an association of Academic and industries designed courses which are will helpful to everyone to get relevant knowledge and also for development of relevant skills of their domain in industry. In the present education scenario there is huge gap between education system and industry requirements and many of the students who pursue old university based education fail to get employment due to lack of skills and practicality which are demanding in industries. So as point of view of gaining knowledge it is much needed platform.

NPTEL Courses are conducted by well experienced IIT and IISC faculties. NPTEL course is very useful for to developing skills and knowledge base of teaching fraternity and acts as a bridge in closing the gap between education system and industry requirements.
